Revision E: Added top line text selection in SETUP Revision F: Added EMS Use and Quit Prompt options to SETUP Revision G: Added mouse cursor color selection to SETUP Revision H: Added Ctrl-key selection of user-defined menus (first cap letter) Revision I: Revised the DISKFORMAT command to allow up to 4 floppy drives. SETUP includes a list of floppy drive numbers that must be filled in to select the correct floppy drive during format. External floppy drives are often numbers 2 or 3. Revision J: Modified the Ctrl-key selection of user-defined menus to avoid conflicts withcertain keystrokes like Ctrl-M = [Cr], Ctrl-I = [Tab], Ctrl-H = [BackSpace], Ctrl-V = [Insert], etc.. In addition, while the program previously used the first letter of the user-defined menu item as the Ctrl-key trigger, now the first UPPERCASE letter is used. This feature allows more flexibility in the naming of user-defined menus.
